When we walked into Wind River Spas, we walked in knowing very little about what we were buying, we were greeted by Rick who gave us a tour of the showroom and answered all of our questions about the spas as well as showed us our different options as far as colors, sizes and styles. After getting an education in what we were buying we felt very comfortable in making our purchase. The buying process was very pleasant and not once did we feel as if we were being pressured into anything. After we made our purchase, Rick came to our home and we examined the site for the new spa. A concrete pad was poured and the next day the spa along with a crane arrived at our home. The delivery and set-up of our new spa went perfectly the delivery crew was very professional and careful not to damage the property in any way. After they were done, all trash was removed from the site and the features and controls of the spa were again explained. I was given an explanation of how to start the spa after it had been filled and the next morning, after the water was warm, we were enjoying our new spa. A big thanks to Rick and the whole crew at Wind River Spas for making our first spa buying experience an exceptionally pleasant and easy one.

First of all I want to thank you so much for the wonderful service you and your company provided for me! Your the best! As you know this is our families second spa we have purchased from your company in the last 20 years.

Our first spa lasted 20 years, Wow that is amazing. My brother searched out the other spa brokers in the Colorado area, and found out by comparison yours to be by far the best built.

Being an ex-athlete I need to soak and relax in the therapeutic spa each day. I have shared with many in my church over the last few months how great your crew did in installing my spa and removing the former one. I'm a single guy living in Lakewood and Rick's company was referred to me by a friend. I have been nothing but ecstatic about the pre-sales, sales, installation, and support of my Wind River Stamina hot tub. It has been a very professional experience from beginning to end. I'm one of those techie guys - I never actually visited Rick's showroom - he came out to me with literature and samples and it was a done deal. All of the support I've needed has been promptly supplied by one of the techs with a telephone call or post installation visit, for example to install a hand rail. Everything that Rick told me turned out to be true. He informed me of valuable aspects of my deck construction that even the contractors did not know. The tub is great! jets are well placed, the lights are cool, the seats comfortable. Your crew was very competent and friendly and everything seems to be working fine. We are both happy that we chose Wind River Spas to supply our new tub, and will recommend you to anyone who asks.

Hi Rick!

We are really enjoying the tub ... way beyond what we even thought ... we like the inside surface - friends have remarked that they don't feel like they are going to slip when they get in ... we enjoy the water fall feature and the view has been terrific ... we've even gotten up before dawn to view the sunrise ... yes - crazy, but what a great way to start the day.

We will be in touch ... and again, we are VERY relaxed with our new tub!!!

Thank you Rick and Windriver Spas for such  a great experience from our initial meeting through installation. Before I called Windriver, I had been very confused and discouraged when talking to other companies about selecting the right tub, where to put it, and how to get it installed properly.  Rick personally visited our home, which is a service not provided by other hot tub dealers that I had spoken with.  Rick showed me where the tub would be the most appealing and easy to access in our backyard patio space and he spent a lot of time thoroughly explaining the options and benefits of a Windriver Spa.  It was a great experience to be working with a professional who has specialized in his business for. 23 years.  My husband and I also went to Windriver's showroom and again Rick spent a lot of time showing us the various features and benefits and answered all of our questions. Also,  Rick aligned me with the electrician and concrete contractors that we needed to utilize to get the space ready for the installation of the hot tub.  They have been aligned with Rick for many years and were also knowledgable, responsive, and professional.  The delivery and installation  was also on the day promised and went seamlessly!  Thanks again Rick and team for making this such a great experience.

I am loving my spa.  It is perfect for my needs and it has exceeded all of my expectations.  You have a high quality product and a very competent staff! Your crew did a great job delivering the spa and were very conscientious and courteous.

Here is a picture of my spa and my view.  From my deck and in the spa I can see all the way from the Red Rocks Amphitheater to Pikes Peak.  So while I am enjoying the spa I can also enjoy the view.

I have owned a Wind River Spa for about three months and I love it.  Every aspect of the purchase and ownership of the spa has been great.  The staff at Wind River are all very courteous and knowledgeable about their products.  Having owned a spa in the past I had a lot of questions and each employee I talked to was patient and gave me clear and informative answers. 

The crew delivering the spa was terrific.  They were very careful setting the spa up and they spent time showing me the features of the spa and being sure that I understood everything from properly filling the spa through the initial use of the spa.  I had one minor issue with the spa shortly after I got it, I called Wind River and told them about it, and they quickly had a service man out to my house and he fixed the issue.   

There are a lot of spas and spa retailers around but what I especially like about Wind River Spas is the complete package they offer which includes everything from manufacturing the spa through service after the sale.  Their own employees are involved with each step of the process resulting in no middle men or sub contractors to deal with. 

I continue to use my spa four or five times a week.  So far, my only challenge with the spa is deciding whether I like using it more in the morning or the evening.

My Wife and I have been discussing purchasing a Spa for the past number of years and decided this was the year we were going to invest. I spent a good amount of time investigating different manufacturers of spas as well as talking with owners of spas for recommendations. One common theme of my investigation was the problems many of the owners experienced with their spas. From breaking down to not heating properly, etc. Additionally, in talking with some of Spa Stores, I felt like I was buying a used car, not sure what I was getting. So, using good old common sense and logic, we decided to go with Wind River Spas. We were looking for value and longevity in our spa purchase and Wind River made the most sense. Their Sales Staff was friendly, knowledge, and most importantly, not pushy. They stayed in constant contact with us, even after installation, (which was easy). Highly recommend Wind River to anyone who is serious about purchasing a spa and want it to last. I love the Slogan "Made in Colorado for Colorado" This alone speaks volumes on their product.

We absolutely love our new Wind River hot tub. The delivery went flawless, and your crew moved the old tub to a spot on the upper patio where it will be easiest to show it to sell it. Your delivery guys were great.  Nice, polite, young men who truly know how to work as a team. Tyson Schaetzle, your recommended electrician, came about the same time as the tub, and did an amazing job of running the power to the new tub.  He was in and out in very little time. Thank you again for everything.

Our New Wind River Spa was delivered on the original date we were promised, by three of your set up crew members. Everything was hassle free including removal of our old spa.
