Allene and I are very pleased with our new hot tubs. Justin could not have done a better job for you in explaining the workings/advantages of a Wind River Spa. Being in sales myself I appreciated how he did not try to tear down the other folks but spent the time explaining your product to us. Taking on the effort to get the tub to us quickly was very nice but the quality that we saw in the product and Justin's knowledge were our decision makers not the fact that we got the tub so quickly. Nelson and his team were extremely professional and once again product knowledge showed in the way they went about their job and their customer interface could not have been better. The electrician that was here was also very impressed with the speed, knowledge and skills shown by Nelson. Thanks again for a Great experience. My wife Sheryl and I purchased a hot tub from Wind River Spas last February. We are coming up on our one year and have loved it! There is rarely a night that goes by, summer or winter when we don’t sit and soak under the stars. It has been a wonderful investment and we are “tubbers” for life it would seem.

I used the hot tub for the first time this morning and It was awesome! The young man that went over the instructions that was in charge of the install was a great help. I was surprised when he said he would be willing to stay at my house until the tub filled up and he would start it. I told him no thank you and that shows a deep dedication to your company. That young man deserves a raise.
While in my hot tub I will be reading up and watching videos about my Wind River hot tub. Thanks again for all the follow up and the great work you guys do.
PS: I do know that young man is your son and he did a great job.

My wife and I stopped by Wind River spas on a Saturday afternoon to take a look at their selection. Our house had a wind river spa from previous owner that was about 13 years old. The owner, Rick Hallett, was there that day and was very gracious with his time answering our many questions about the newer models. I really appreciated Rick’s patience and his candid responses regarding wind river spas vs. other products on the market. There wasn’t any pressure to upsell us to more than what we wanted or needed. These guys make a great product that is priced right vs. other hot tubs on the market. Rick’s crew also did a great job removing the old spa and installing the new one. Definitely recommend Wind River for future spa purchase!
