Wind River tubs are great! Rick and his team were easy to communicate with and all of our questions were answered promptly. We love our new spa and love that there is such minimal chemical use. We never have that icky chlorine feeling on our body when we get out of the tub and there is never that chemical smell that most spas have. As we worked through installing a spa in a small Denver yard, Rick was great to provide feedback and help coordinate and answer questions about the concrete and the electrical. The process was easy and I would highly recommend working with Wind River.

Dear Rick We've now used the tub the past three nights — with great success and much enjoyment. The variety of jets on each of the seats has been fun to experiment with. But the biggest thing we've noticed is that we've slept well and awakened refreshed after a hot tub in the evening before going to bed. When you told me you hot tubbed every night, I doubted I would be doing the same, but now that I've experienced such great nights of sleep, I think I will be copying your habit!! I am also impressed with the many smart design elements of your hot tub; they are much better than anything we've experienced before. I now own 2 Windriver spas. The first one was purchased in 2009 for my loft in downtown Denver. It is located on a new private rooftop deck in LoDo. Sitting in the tub there are great views of the city skyline as well as Coors Field one block away. I had such a great experience dealing with Rick and company at Windriver, I decided to replace my Cal-Spa at my place in Frisco in 2012. Again picking out a new tub was a pleasure and everyone made the delivery to the mountains extremely easy. They arranged the crane to put the tub on my new deck and the delivery personnel helped place the tub so the view would be enjoyable from all seats in the tub. After a few months the tub needed a couple items fixed. I called thinking it would take a couple weeks for a service tech to arrive. Windriver was at my place the next day and repaired the unit while I was skiing. Being a small business owner I deal with hundreds of different vendors. Unfortunately, most vendors do not understand customer service like Rick and Windriver. From the quality of the products to the great customer service, Windriver sets itself apart from the other spa manufacturers. I regularly recommend Windriver to anyone that is thinking about purchasing a hot tub. It is not surprising I have 2 friends with Windriver Spas.

My experience with the Wind River family and all aspects of the spa purchasing process from beginning to current has been truly remarkable (including electrical work). The reason I don't say, "End" is because, as a first time spa owner, Wind River has continued to be available to me in answering ALL my questions without making me feel like there is such thing as a “stupid question”.

Each step was a learning process for me and the Wind River team was very helpful. Whether it was Rick consulting on the needs/expectations of my spa purchase, Nelson managing all logistics, Kyle/Josh/R.J. completing site prep, installation/final setup and everyone being available for follow up on any needs I have, they have been there for me. Not only did they complete the spa portion for me but, with their relationship with Southwest Electrical Contractors (Harold), it made the electrical work seamless in completing the circle. Trust me, I’m sure I had the ever so famous “puff cloud” filled with questions marks above my head like Willy Coyote after running off the cliff, when Kyle explained maintenance/chemicals/cleaning but, he was very patient and went over everything in detail.

Although there are many other much cheaper options nationwide, my confidence in the quality, craftsmanship and customer service of the Wind River family/product is second to none. I’m proud to say that I feel part of the Wind River family as a purchaser and have continued to brag to many friends/family about my phenomenal experience with the Wind River team. They are the undisputed spa experts and definition exceptional. They are truly only choice one should consider when looking to invest in a spa. And for that, I’m extremely thankful and appreciative to the Wind River family.

Your delivery team did an excellent job today. They even put my fence back in place which was not part of the deal. They were not only on time--they were early. The electrician showed up as promised, and everything is working great. We are just headed off to bed after our first night soaking in our very own Windriver Spa. We looked at a lot of spas and the sales, service and installation was far better then anyone else. It was a enjoyable experience all the way not just in the sales room. Hey Rick,

Just wanted to drop you a line to express how happy I am with my spa purchase. I began my search mid 2008, and Wind River Spas was my first stop. I really liked what I saw, but the spas were a little more than I was planning on spending, so I started looking around. Well, after seeing what was out there, and what other people were asking for much inferior spas, I decided to come back to Wind River. Man, am I glad I did. I'm going on three years now, and have had absolutely no trouble with the spa. I'm in it almost every night. I am not only in love with my spa, your customer service is second to none. In fact, I remember calling right after it was installed to ask about proper maintenance, you were the one that answered, and you spent a very long time with me on the phone explaining every aspect of care and maintenance. Not once did you sound impatient. I hung up the phone knowing I had chosen the right company. If the owner is willing to spend that kind of time with me, that impressed me. Since then, I have spoken to numerous people at Wind River and everyone shares your dedication to excellent customer service. And, speaking of maintenance, it has been ten times easier than I ever dreamed. Plain and simple, I'm convinced Wind River Spas has the absolute best product and customer service on the planet. I sing your praises ever night when I get in, and all my friends sing my praises when they get in. They all say it's by far the best spa they've ever been in.

Once again your company and employees have exceeded my expectations. I bought my hot tub in December of 2004. I did extensive research and studied many hot tubs, spas and companies. Your company won my business not only because your sales staff because of the exceptional product you build here in Colorado.  When I came into your office on Galapago Street, Justin Nickerson never tired to “sell” me a hot tub. He instead spent a leisurely 2 to 2.5 hours speaking with me about my needs, explaining to me my options, showing me your product line and sharing his personal expertise and insights with me about your products. I felt no pressure or desperation from Justin to sell me a tub. I left feeling like a valued visitor and potential customer.  Once I decided to buy my hot tub the choice was easy. I felt confident that I had made the best choice possible. You personally came to my home to check out my potential placement, gave me suggestions and set up delivery of my new purchase.

Since then I have been extremely happy with my purchase. I still use my tub three to four times a week. I find the maintenance and care trouble free. I have sent several friends to you to buy tubs but that is not why I am writing my letter today. I wanted to also tell you how pleased I am with my recent service call. I recently developed a small leek and was loosing water. When I called your office I again spoke to Justin who remembered my purchase and me. He took the time to look up my records, he explained my options, discussed what was covered by my warranty and scheduled my appointment. Justin assured me the problem would be fixed and that Tim would “Take good care of me”.  Having spent hours waiting for Comcast and Qwest on service calls, I was expecting the worst. I had visions of expensive repairs, weeks to get my tub back in working order and hours waiting on a service man to show during the “window” of time given to me…my heart was sinking. On the day of my appointment Tim called to say he was on his way, showed up early and went right to work. He was confident and worked efficiently. He identified the problem and had it fixed in less than an hour. He cleaned up his workspace and gave me directions on when to fill my tub. My tub is again full and fully functioning but best of all your company covered the repairs with no hassle or efforts to extract additional dollars out of me, the consumer. I am so pleased that I have found a company with integrity and honesty. I love my tub and am very thankful for the way you run your business.

From the moment I found a chemical free, Colorado weather withstanding, Colorado born company, I knew I had found the best place to buy a spa. The referrals for electricity adjustments and trenching for such were great guys: affordable, professional, efficient! The men who delivered and set up my spa were no less! I would add helpful and informative to their list. The tub itself, has changed my life!!! I have a very physical job and being in the tub is my favorite part, and sometimes my favorite parts, of the day! And thanks for the rubber duckie ;) I love the fact that I was able to customize the seats to all have different jets and even a seat with no jets. I use every one! I love my spa. Thank you.

Our Wind River Hot Tub is by far the best hot tub we have ever been in.  It is intelligently designed; from the ozone filter which requires no chemicals, to the wonderful placement of the jets, to the hand grips that really are helpful.  The tub is truly a joyous experience as well as extremely therapeutic.

All of the people at Wind River have been a pleasure to work with.  They are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.  We highly recommend Wind River Spas to anyone that is looking to buy a hot tub.  We can assure you that you cannot find a better hot tub or better people to work with.   We are happy to speak to anyone about our experience with Wind River!

We are very happy with the decision to purchase our second hot tub through Wind River Spas. Rick and his team are very knoweldgeable and helped us pick out a tub that worked very well for us. We liked that Wind River Spas is manufactured here in Colorado and have a great inventory to test out and choose from. They were very easy to work with and the delivery and set up of the tub was a very smooth process. With winter still hanging on, as of May 12, 2014, with several inches of snow falling, it's great to soak after shoveling and clearing snow off tree limbs. We absolutely love our new hot tub! The team at Wind River Spas was patient, helpful and overall great to work with, and being a Colorado based company where all production and service is done locally made our decision easy.

We had a wonderful experience with Wind River Spa during the purchase and installation of our Spa. Rick was very detailed, and extremely responsive to all our questions during the sales process. The Wind River crew who poured the concrete pad was timely, professional and very courteous. The Spa installation team went out of their way to prevent having to cut tree branches by climbing a tree and putting rope around branches to move the Spa in to the backyard. The spa is functioning nicely as expected with no issues.

I would highly recommend Wind River Spa’s for anyone looking for a quality product and reliable service.

Hello Rick,

We got our beautiful new hot tub yesterday! This is our second Wind River tub. We didn't look anywhere else because my husband appreciates how easy it is to service. We got the biggest one with lights and music so our adult kids will come home to play with us!

I wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the service we got from your entire team. Zach was the first person we worked with at the showroom. He was so helpful and thorough. Who knew there are so many details to know about a hot tub?! Then Nick helped me finalize our decision on just the right tub. He was very patient with my indecision. These guys assured me the music thing was worth it, and easy to use. It's so cool!

The delivery guys were great! Marcos, Stash and Zach (I may getting a name wrong.) worked with us to get the new tub set up just right. And they graciously worked with the guy buying our old tub.

And one more thing for you. Your refund policy was really helpful. Most companies don't let you cancel up to the day before delivery on a custom product. Thankfully, we didn't have to use it, but it was down to the last day for us. We were arguing with our insurance company about payment. It all worked out, but I did have to keep assuring my husband that we'd only paid $50 and the order was cancelleable.

WOW!...This hot tub is so fabulous and mostly for reasons I never thought of – family time. Since it was installed we have been out there, as a family, every night before bed. We are so thankful that we were able to scramble and successfully get our install completed last month. Thanks to Wind River Spas our “Stay at Home” order will be much less stressful!

We’ve used the spa everyday since it was installed (30+) and absolutely love it! I think our 4 year old asks to use it the most! Even prior to the stay at home order, our spa had become a tranquil space to reconnect with each other.

Thank you so much for helping us get our spa in such a timely manner. The quality of the spa is better than we expected and love the addition of the audio. Your installation crew was fantastic! The hot tub was a perfect fit, just barely! Tyson was reasonable and efficient and definitely worth recommending to others.

I wanted to take a quick minute to share my experience with the hot tub delivery team and electrician Wind River recommended.  The spa delivery team was absolutely amazing as they had the tub placed and assembled within 45 minutes.  They were very courteous, conscious about cleaning up the area after installation, and very thorough to ensure we understood everything about the tub.  Highest praise for your team as we were very impressed. 

Second, Tyson, the electrician, did a fabulous job in navigating difficult walls inside our home to hook up the electrical.  He spent almost five hours ensuring everything was correctly hooked up  and the tub was in working order.  Again, I am so impressed with Tyson's professional approach to his work and commitment to the customer.  Rick, thank you!  The entire experience was efficient and on point. Kudos to your leadership and your team's professional approach.

Let me start by saying that from start to finish, our experience at Wind River has been nothing short of exceptional. From the day we walked into your showroom, we have had nothing but a positive experience with you and your staff. You answered all of our questions and definitely over-delivered. We absolutely love our new hot tub. The design and ergonomics are outstanding. The fact that there are basically no chemicals involved was a huge plus and a major factor in our purchase. Being locally owned and operated was important as well.

But in the end, it’s about the product and your product is head and shoulders above the competition. Being able to have a semi-custom design where we can pick our own options such as model, jet packages, lighting packages etc. was also a major value add over other “pre-packages” brands. And even with all of the difficulties businesses are experiencing during this pandemic, your crew delivered on exactly the target date. We had our hot tub the day before New Year’s Eve and rung in the new year in style. All the little things like the “being born” video just added to our enjoyment and buying experience.

My wife and I did out research for our first spa purchase and decided to check out Wind River Spas. Zach met us as we walked in and provided us a very clear and straightforward explanation of the design and manufacturing method used by Wind River Spas including the uniqueness of their spas as compared to other manufactures in the industry. Zach was so very professional and never spoke disparagingly about the competition which we appreciated. We ordered the spa on the spot and found every step of the process to be efficient, simple and professional with continual communication from Rick and his team. The spa was delivered last week and once again a pleasurable experience. We are enjoying our spa on a daily basis!
