Thanks so much to Nathan and his amazing
crew. Because a crane could not be used to install our
spa, they had to slide it down the hill on to a lower deck,
across the lower deck, up a flight of stairs onto the upper
deck and then set it on a platform below the level of the
deck. They did all this in snow! Before that, they had
to remove our old hot tub through the same route. Nathan
proved that he was the man who could figure out how to
make it work. Again, thanks to Nathan and his crew for
their very hard work under difficult conditions. I think
they could install a spa just about anywhere!

I just wanted to send you a note telling you how happy I am with my Breckenridge hot tub. I have owned it for more than six months and it is the best investment I have ever made. I use it approx. 3-4 times a week. It is so nice to relax in it after a long day at work. I use a computer all day and my neck gets sore and the spa takes that stiffness away. I also use it after working out or after skiing and the next day I feel great. I would like to Thank You for coming out to my house to inspect my patio and referring me to an electrician for the work to be done. Also, the setup and follow-up service (from Jason) afterwards was excellent. I also did the comparison shopping like you told me to do. The quality, service, and low maintenance on my tub is superior to the other brands. I got many extras on my tub that you end up paying more for from the competitors. I have no problem recommending my family and friends who are in the market for a hot tub.

We absolutely love everything about our Wind River spa which we purchased last year......it started with the low pressure but extremely informative sales department, & moved on to the great service department (which we've never needed but it's nice to know they know their stuff). The best part is that, a year later, we are sure we made the right decision to go with Wind River.
We purchased our spa from your Englewood location & were really impressed that they would deliver all the way down in Trinidad, Colorado for no extra charge.
Recently, my brother-in-law and his new bride visited us and, as they were needing to replace an old spa, we whole heartedly recommended Wind River. Well, they had about made their decision to purchase a Hot Springs spa, but later decided, based on our recommendation, to visit the Lafayette location. You see, my husband, a master electrician, is the tops at researching before buying, and they value his opinion very much. I recently purchased one of your spas from your Lafayette factory. I quickly noticed how helpful everyone was from when I first visited your facility to when the crew delivered and installed the spa. I owned a Hot Springs spa in the past and was disappointed with some of the people that I dealt with over the years. Mike (sales) was extremely helpful and if Mike wasn't available someone else was always able to help me on the spot. The three man crew that picked up my old spa and delivered my new spa were very careful to not damage any of my landscaping and had to work very hard to locate the spa in my backyard. They were a great group of guys and even helped me move a gate in order to get the spa into the backyard. I also appreciated the efficiency of how everything ran like clockwork from start to finish. It's not just a spa, it's a vacation from the world! We visited five other stores before we came to the Wind River Spas, maybe that's good, because we learned that other's offer poor service, poor guarantees, and poor quality at the same price as yours.
From the moment we walked in we were treated like the most important people on earth. Your incredibly knowledgeable salesman explained the hot tub from creation to the finished product. You have anticipated every possible problem and solved them in advance.
Even the people in the back, the delivery guys, and the "de-briefer" or home educator spent a long time with us making sure we understood every aspect of care and troubleshooting.
We got a follow-up thank you letter, a few weeks later a follow-up phone call, and a several months later a follow-up phone call, again.
We did have one problem with the ozone light. You gave us several things to test, when those failed, we got a replacement part the very next day, and we live 60 miles from the store!

This letter is a follow up to our hot tub purchase from the Spa Exchange. We have had it filled with water for (10) days now. I am so happy with the quality and design of our Wind River Spa I wanted to write a few words of appreciation.
What prompted me to purchase a Wind River Spa was the way it was constructed which I was able to evaluate in your showroom as there was a spa with a cutaway on display. The insulated panels, the insulation type on the underside of the shell, the material used for the bottom surface, the shell and the plumbing all looked of good quality and assembled with care. The control panel, which controls the entire operation of the hot tub, was very straightforward to wire. In short, I like the design and assembly of the Wind River Spas.
I filled our tub on Thursday December 23rd, the temperature at our house was 8 degrees Fahrenheit. At 10:00 pm the tub was at 102 degrees, the temperature I had set. Using the hot tub at this temperature I would of expected tot see a drop in the water temperature due to the ambient air temperature. The hot tub maintained 102 degrees in a surrounding air temperature close to 0 degrees. With that said, the heater is designed for Colorado conditions. Lastly, it is obvious that there has been some thought put into the design (size and efficiency) of the pump and jet systems as the flow rate and pressure from these systems is optimized and pleasing to be in.
I have and will continue to recommend to people considering a hot tub purchase to go to your showroom and check out your spas. The Turnkey Concept of a hot tub purchase that you guys use is the way to go. When I say this, I am referring to the initial sale, the site visit you guys do, the delivery and startup, the laminated maintenance and reference sheets provide at delivery, and lastly the follow up, all of which were done. When people buy a hot tub, many don't think through to the startup, you guys have this covered and this is a very useful service. Your selection of spas and accessories is very complete. You guys do a good job.

I wanted to let you know how happy I am with my Hurricane hot tub. Everybody there was kind and courteous, from the first day I walked in there til the day my hot tub was set-up. Even when I called up numerous times in the first month with a "stupid question".
My favorite time of the day is just before I go to bed, I get in the Hurricane for 30 minutes and I am a sleep 20 minutes after I get out. The numerous jets are wonderful and back feels like it did 10 years ago!!!!

If you will recall, I purchased the Hurricane model from you in late October. I just wanted you to know that I couldn't be more pleased with my tub. I am especially glad I upgraded to the Hurricane to get the additional jets. I use it at least six days a week and it has really helped my lower back pain problems. My primary intent in getting the tub was that it would hopefully help with my aches and pains, and it has.

We just wanted to thank you again for your generous donation of the hot tub. Here is a picture of Dante doing his water therapy.
Dante went into surgery yesterday to have his right joint fused and also they found a problem with the bone in his elbow so that was fixed. He is scheduled to have his left leg joint fused in approximately 2 weeks.
Yesterday surgery was 6 hours long. A metal plate was put on the joint and then screwed to the bone since the Distal Myopathy has affected his joints so much pins were also place to keep the joint steady. In the elbow one of the bones had grown upward into the joint socket so the bone was cut and pinned so the ball of the joint would not rub.
